The Venezuelan Mega-Gang infiltrating the United States

The Tren de Aragua (TdA) started as a prison gang in Venezuela around 2014 and was exported to at least 10 countries in the Western Hemisphere through infiltrating Venezuelan migrant networks. Based on media and law enforcement reports, the TdA currently has a documented presence in at least 15 states throughout America and is rapidly growing.

The TdA is the fastest growing transnational criminal organization in the world and the Center for a Secure Free Society is leading a research effort at documenting TdA activity in the United States and Latin America.
