Democracy in retreat in Latin America

Joseph Humire discusses how democracy is faring in Latin America. According to the Latinobarameter survey, a larger percentage of the population is willing to accept a “caudillo-like strongman” as a leader. This comes as Chile and Argentina are facing elections.
